摘要
本文运用优化设计理论,从建立优化设计的数学模型和选择优化方法入手,对手提式挖坑机主轴进行了优化设计,并以W3型手提式挖坑机为例进行了验证。结果表明,优化方法可节省主轴用料25.43%,为改善挖坑机性能,减轻其重量奠定了基础。
With the application of the theory of optimization an optimal design ofthe main shaft was carried out from the point of view of selecting optimalmathematical models and an optimal method. A check of this design againstthe Portable Pit Borer-W3 has revealed that the former can save shaft ma-terial by 25.43%, providing a basis for improving the performance or the ma-chine and reducing its weight.
