摘要
新型工资劳动者是已经走进工业化、城市化和现代化的非农从业者,是新时期我国现代化和社会发展的核心内容之一,带有明显的现代性特征。作为后发国家,前现代、现代和后现代共时性存在的发展背景,构成了新型工资劳动者生存和发展的基本境遇。目前新型工资劳动者的数量规模已居我国社会阶层结构的第二位,其权利理念以及与此相适应的阶层化意识已经觉醒,社会各界包括政府有关部门对其存在和权利状况的“交叠共识”基本达成,组织化的条件日趋成熟,真正需要的是工会组织在社会、政治结构中的博弈智慧和实际操作层面的实践智慧。
Laborers with new-type wages are non-agricultural laborers in the processes of industrialization, urbanization, and modernization. They are one of the core issues of China＇s modernzation and social developments in the new period and have distinct contemporary features. The co-existence of pre-modernization, modernization, and post-modernization in China＇ s society and China status as a late-starter in the world constitute the basic background and environment for the survival and development of such laborers. At present, the size of such laborers ranks second in all social strata in China and they have become conscious of their rights and social strata. The society and related government departments have reached an “overlapping consensus” about the rights and living conditions of such laborers. Time is ripe for organization of such laborers. Therefore, what in urgent need is trade unions＇ game wisdom in social and political structures and their practice wisdom in actual operations.
