摘要
针对经济、社会、空间发展转型期城乡一体化进程面临的现实问题,予以解释,并对未来发展做出初步的判断.以锡山区为例,从城市化发展过程的基本特征和存在问题、城市化扩展动力和调整动力、农业经济的作用和农业产业化发展潜力、城镇和村庄合理规模等维度进行分析.提出城乡一体化的发展策略包括全力推进“三集中”建设、逐步改造“城中村”、推进乡村空间重构、加强异地城市化人口安置、加强农业的提升与转型、促进农村新型社区建设.
Facing problems in transition of economy, society and space in urban-rural integration, this paper tries to give explanation to the reality and judgment to the future. With Xishan region as a case, the characters and problems of urbanization, enlargement and adjustment motivations, function of agricultural economy and potential of agriculture industrializing, as well as reasonable size of city, town and village are analyzed. The development strategies to realize the urban-rural integration are put forward, which include improving three-concentration action, altering phenomenon of “city village” gradually, reconstructing rural space, strengthening population settlement in urbanization, speeding improvement and transition of agriculture, and advancing construction of new style rural residential communities.
