摘要 冬季恶劣气候限制人们的户外活动,导致冬季绿地空间的低效使用、居民特殊公共生活需要减少及寒地城市绿地景观长期单调,这是住区绿地规划对策最紧迫解决的问题之一.采用管理学中的SWOT分析方法、实地调查方法和比较分析法,将住区分类,研究不同寒地住区的绿地规划策略.实地调查和分析表明寒地住区表现为4种典型特征,即有机型、自然型、混合型、边缘型.寒地城市住区绿地规划要充分体现寒地特征和侧重冬季气候的影响.以哈尔滨住区绿地规划为例,应用不同的战略选择,提出4种绿地规划对策:点+块+带对策、块+带对策、楔+块对策和综合对策. Because people's outdoor action was restricted by bad climate, inefficient uses of winter space of green land cut down on resident special public life needs and lead to long-term blankness of winter city landscape. This is the one problem of the most pressing solution of residential green plan. The paper adopts SWOT analysis method and the investigation method on the spot study different strategies of green land. The analysis and investigation show that there are four kinds of typical feature in residential area, viz. organic, natural, mixed and edge type. Green land of winter cities should embody fully chill feature and stress the influence of winter climate. This paper takes green land of Harbin as an example, by application of the different strategies, put forward the four kinds of countermeasure of urban residential mode of green plan., viz. pattern of point + piece + strip, piece + strip, wedge + piece, and comprehensive countermeasure.
