摘要
基于平面问题得出的平台巴西圆盘抗拉强度公式,并没有考虑试样形状参数和泊松比值的影响,其适用性有待于验证.结合Griffith破坏强度准则和三维有限元计算,考察了试样形状参数和泊松比值对平台巴西圆盘应力分布的影响.根据情况总共建立了54个三维有限元模型,对有限元结果分析后发现,平台巴西圆盘试样的厚度和泊松比值对其应力分布存在较大的影响,通过对有限元结果进行的多元拟合,给出了平台巴西圆盘抗拉强度公式中更加精确的修正系数.
The tensile strength formula obtained from the flattened Brazilian disk needs to be validated, because it is considered as a plane problem, and does not take the sample shape parameters and poisson's ratio into account. Based on the Griffith intensity theory and 3D finite element analyzing, the influence of shape parameters and poisson's ratio on the stress of the flattened Brazilian disk specimen was studied. 54 3D-FEM models were established and analyzed, and the results show that the thickness and poisson's ratio both play important role in the stress distribution. Finally, a more precise modificatory coefficient for the strenzth formula is presented by multianalysis.
