踏破铁鞋无觅处 桑皮造纸是维吾尔族的传统手工艺，距今已有2000多年的历史。据史书记载，桑皮造纸的技术比蔡伦发明的造纸术还要早上100多年。然而，网上说，桑皮造纸目前在新疆和田仅存一家。
Mulberry bark paper-making is the traditional craftsmanship of the Uiygur nationality, with a history of over 2000 years, 100 odd years earlier than the paper-making technology invented by Cai Lun. Unfortunately, it is said that only one or two households are able to make mulberry bark paper nowadays.
