腹腔镜在肝脏外科的应用和进展 被引量：1

摘要 腹腔镜技术现已广泛用于外科领域,有的已取代了传统的手术方法,成为首选。但腹腔镜在肝脏外科的应用仍处于幼年时期[1]。主要原因是肝脏血管丰富,腹腔镜下不易控制出血,肝门血流阻断困难等,使其应用受到限制,但并不是没有发展空间。随着腹腔镜技术的进步,手术方法的改进,腹腔镜器械的更新,并发症的防治和对机体生理干扰的深入研究,腹腔镜在肝脏外科的应用必将得到更大的发展。现就腹腔镜在肝脏外科的应用和进展作一综述。
