摘要
目的探讨颌面部外伤致伤原因、年龄、性别、部位及治疗要点。方法分析341例颌面外伤住院病例的致伤原因、外伤类型、并发症及治疗情况。结果本组病例软组织伤均行清创缝合术;骨折病例多采用骨折切开复位内固定术。结论诊疗中首先要明确主次问题,对软组织损伤尽量一期缝合,对骨折病例注意兼顾功能与外形。
Aim To summarize the cause of maxillofacial injury,and the relation of age,sex and location, illuminate the main points of treatments. Methods 341 cases of maxillofacial injury were summarized from the year of 1995 to 2003 ,including clinical analysis of cause ,type, complication and treatment. Results The case of soft tissues injury were debrided and sutured, and the bone fracture were treated in open reduction and internal fixation. Conclusion The principal problem must be identified first,and soft tissues injury is sutured primarily as soon as possible, and most of all, the bone fracture is considered in terms of function and appearance.
