尼莫地平联合复方丹参滴丸治疗偏头痛疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨治疗偏头痛的有效方法,解除患者痛苦。方法　选择偏头痛患者69例,随机分为治疗组35例、对照组34例,治疗组应用尼莫地平20mg, 1日3次口服,复方丹参滴丸10粒, 1日3次口服,对照组应用尼莫地平20mg, 1日3次口服。疗程均为8周。结果　治疗组总有效率为91. 4%,对照组总有效率为70. 6%,两者差异显著(P<0. 05 )。结论尼莫地平联合复方丹参滴丸治疗偏头痛疗效显著。
