摘要
油气混输气泡流湍流流动的RNG K-ε模型是一系列的偏微分方程组,求解这些方程组难度大,目前尚无精确的解析解,针对RNG K-ε模型偏微分方程组特点,提出了一种易于用数值解的求解方法。为简化RNG K-ε模型, 先建立通用微分形式,运用有限体积法对该微分形式进行了离散,在离散过程中,考虑到动量方程中压力梯度项的离散困难,采用了交错网格技术进行对动量方程单独离散,最后采用压力校正法对所建离散方程组进行了数值计算。提出的这种求解方法易实现编程计算,可以用于油气混输流动规律(分层流、环状流和段塞流等)的数值分析。
RNG K-ε model from crude and gas mixed-transfer bubbly turbulence is a series of partial differential equation group, which is calculated difficultly. And at present, accuracy analytic solution is not existed. According to partial differential equation group's trait, a calculated method of numeric solution was advanced. For simplifying model, currency differential equation form is first built and discrete process, because pressure grads term had difficulty in discrete momentum equation, an interlaced grid technology was adopted only to discrete momentum equation. Finally, Numeric calculation was done to all discrete equations by simple method. This new calculated method, conducted in the paper, is easy to be programmed calculation and used in crude and gas mixed-transfer flow numeric analysis, such as layered flow, annular flow and slug flow, etc.
