摘要
火电厂煤场装车、卸车、配煤的工作量很大,迫切需要提高其自动化程度。选用西门子公司S7系列PLC为控制系统的核心,设计出配煤车控制系统。利用该方法可以提高控制系统的灵活性及通用性,克服手动操作时由于人的主现误差而造成的煤浪费现象,提高配煤质量,具有较高的实用价值。
The work volume for coal loading, unloading and distribution in coal yard of thermal power plants is very great, which needs to increase the automation degree. Using S7 serious PLC as the kernel of control system, the control system for coal distribution truck is designed. This method can improve the flexibility and availability of the control system and overcome the subjective error in the proeess of manual operation and increase the quality of coal distribution.
