摘要
柔性交流输电技术(FACTS)是综合电力电子技术、微处理和微电子技术、通信技术而形成的用于控制交流输电的新技术。它的应用开辟了提高交流输电运行整体控制能力的渠道,为高压和超高压交流输电性能的革新指出了方向。FACTS在中国电力系统中的应用对中国电力系统未来的发展至关重要,但是,目前FACTS的应用还存在局限性,必须结合我国国情,有的放矢地开展大量的基础研究工作。
Synthesizing the power electronic, micro-processing and micru-electronic and communication technologies, the flexible alterntive current transmission system (FACTS) is a new technology in control of alternative current transmission, whose application has opened up a channel to improve the integral control capability for AC transmission operation and directed a trend for innovation of HV and EHV AC transmission performance. Application of FACTS will play an important role in future development of power system in China. However, application of FACTS in China has still its limitation and shnuld combine with the local conditions to carry out a great deal of fundamental research work.
