摘要
目的探讨肾移植术中,移植肾输尿管与膀胱吻合的准确、快捷方法。方法采用亚甲蓝注射液灌注染色膀胱后再行移植肾输尿管与膀胱吻合术。结果在120例同种异体肾移植术患者中,112例采用上述方法移植肾输尿管与膀胱吻合,无1例吻合于它处,准确率100%。结论采用亚甲蓝注射液灌注染色膀胱后再行移植肾输尿管与膀胱吻合,不仅定位准确且可缩短术程,减少创伤及术后感染。
Objective To discuss the correct and quick means to the anastomosis between the ureter of the transplanted kidney and bladder in renal transplantation. Methods The anastomosis between the ureter of the transplanted kidney and bladder was performed after methylenum perfusate was perfused into the bladder for stain. Results Out of the 120 patients who accepted allogenic renal transplantation, 112 ones were performed by this means. There was no one anastomosed by error. The accuracy was 100%. Conclusion That methylenum perfusate is applied to the correct localization of the anastomosis between the transplanted kidney＇
s ureter and bladder can shorten the course of operation and lower injury and infection.
