摘要
目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)电灼联合局部注射乌体林斯治疗的效果。方法将68例CA分为两组,每组34例。治疗组应用电灼大范围汽化疣体并在创面即疣体的基底部注射乌体林斯。对照组单纯采用高频电灼治疗。结果治愈后复发率治疗组与对照组分别为20.59%,58.82%,前者明显降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对CA的治疗在扩大电灼范围的同时配合免疫疗法,可降低CA复发率。
Objective To study the curative effect of fulguration combining injection condylomata acuminata（CA）. Methods The patients with CA was treated with fulguration in large range and with local injection of mycobacteria under fulguration wound. Results The recurrence rates were 20.59% and 58.82% respectively in the observation group and in the control group. There was a significantly difference in recurrence between them （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The recurrence rate of CA could be reduced by fulguration in large range combined immunotherapy.
