脑结节硬化的临床及影像学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析结节硬化在脑部的CT及MRI表现特点,减少不典型病例的漏诊。方法对14例确诊为结节硬化的患者,分析其CT、MR上病灶的表现形式及分布特点,总结各自的优势及不足。结果CT表现为脑室室管膜下结节状钙化10例,3例伴有室管膜下等密度肿块直径2-3cm,表现为大脑皮层及白质的钙化结节3例,小脑钙化1例。MRI表现为室管膜下结节,室壁呈波浪状改变的9例,表现为大脑皮层、白质的多发的线样、球形稍长T1稍长T2信号灶12例,小脑有异常信号的2例。结论CT、MR检查是结节硬化确诊的主要依据,二者互相结合对明确诊断及分析病情有着重要的意义。
