摘要
提出了改进的武器系统效能模糊评估方法,避免了原有方法存在的问题。将武器系统效能评估视为模糊多准则决策问题,通过“目标-准则-系统”层次结构,利用5个模糊比率表示判断矩阵和准则权重向量,将问题转化为模糊数的排序问题,从而选出被评武器系统最优者。与两种武器系统效能评估方法的比较显示新方法是可信有效的。
An improved method of Performance Evaluation of Weapon Systems (PEWS) is presented based on fuzzy arithemtic operations with revising the defects of method provided originally. PEWS is regarded as the fuzzy MCDM problem. Five fuzzy ratio scales are defined to represent the elements of fuzzy judgment matrix and weight vector according to the data in the “Goal-Criteria-Systems”structure,and then PEWS is transformed to the ranking fuzzy scores. The comparison of the three results made respectively by our method, the original method and the relative grade method shows that our method is credible and effective.
