圆柱形运动副元件磨损寿命的反演推算与材料优选

摘要 根据耐磨材料选择的一般原则,初选了几种耐磨材料,利用某种材料的实际耐磨性数据反演推算出作用载荷,再对初选的耐磨材料用推算出的载荷进行分析计算以确定其耐磨性满足实际使用要求。这一方法在凿岩机钎尾套耐磨材料选择中的成功运用,表明其有效和正确。该方法对圆柱形运动副元件的耐磨材料选择具有一定的参考价值。 On the principle of selecting abrasion resistant materials, several kinds of the materials were preliminarily selected. The load of a material was figured out by inversion reckoning of its actual abrasion resistance data. Based on the reckoned load, the preliminarily selected materials were analyzed and calculated to make sure whether their abrasion resistance meet with the requirements of actual application or not. The method has been successfully applied to the selection of abrasion resistant material for boring rod sleeve of rock boring machine, which shows that the method is effective and can provide guidance to the selection of abrasion resistant materials for cylindrical paring elements.
