摘要
为了能进一步提高安庆铜矿的经济效益,采用添加电化学调整剂进行电化学调控浮选。对安庆铜矿矿石采用电化学调整剂电化1号进行矿浆电化学调控浮选探索小型试验,结果表明,捕收剂可减少80%,且对铜硫分离有较高的选择性,还可节省价格较高的酯-105,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to improve the economical benefit in Anqing Copper Mine, electrochemical control has been adopted in flotation by adding some electrochemical adjusters. Such method will not only save collector, but also cut down the production cost. So an exploratory experiment has been undertaken for the minerals in Anqing Copper Mine. In the experiment, electrochemical adjuster 1^# was added into the mineral pulp for electrochemical control flotation. Results show that not only collector can be reduced by 80%, but also the expensive ester- 105 can be saved, thus bringing a better economical benefit.
