摘要
根据大伙房水库的特点,建立了大伙房水库防洪优化调度模型,模型适应了水库错峰调度的需要。调度模型采用离散微分动态规划法进行求解,不但缩短了求解时间,而且计算得到的最优泄量过程较均匀,减小了下游的洪灾风险。此外,通过采用模糊优选方法,较好地解决了多目标方案的优选问题,为实时调度提供科学的决策支持,从而进一步提高了水库的防洪效益。
According to the characteristics of Dahuofang Reservoir, optimal flood-control operation model was established. Discrete differential dynamic programming (DDDP) was employed for solving the model rapidly, and the optimal discharge was uniform so that it can reduce the risk of flood disaster relatively. Moreover, by using the method of fuzzy optimal selection, the optimal selection of multi-objective scheme was solved effectively, and scientific decision support for real time operation was provided. Consequently the flood-control benefit of the reservoir is further improved.
