摘要
针对一个典型的装配应力问题,运用不同的数值计算方法,对混合求解法进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明,混合求解法的思路是完全可行的.该方法同样适用于解决接触应力和残余应力问题.但是模拟研究结果同样表明,两者结果之间还有差异.这既有有限元计算方法本身存在的问题,如网格划分不够精细,边界约束条件不是非常合理等;但主要还是取决于实验检测值的选取位置.研究表明,应以装配面或接触面附近的数据为好,这些靠近装配面或接触面的实验数据将会提高混合求解法的检测精度.
For a typical assembly stress problem, digital simulation is conducted by means of the hybrid method with different numerical calculation methods. Simulation result indicates that the idea of a hybrid method is feasible. This method is also applicable to solving contact stress and residual stress. However, simulation research result indicates that there is a discrepancy between the two results. Finite Element Method has its problems: meshing is not much fine, the boundary condition is not so rational and etc. But the key issue is the location of experiment control points. Study indicates that experimental data, near assembly surface or contact surface promote detection precision of hybrid method.
