摘要 富含半胱氨酸的分泌型酸性蛋白(SPARC)是一种调节细胞外基质的糖蛋白,与某些基质成分、生长因子和细胞因子作用,参与组织重建、形态生成、细胞迁移和增殖,调节机体的生理和病理过程。现就其分子结构、生物学功能、相应机制、表达调节及与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭和转移的关系等作一简述。
