摘要 ΔNp73是近年发现的p73基因(p53家族新成员)的一种亚型,由位于p73基因内含子3下游的P2启动子转录生成,缺乏p73基因的NH2末端反式激活区域,含7种变异体(ΔNp73α、β、γ、δ、ε、ζ、η)。ΔNp73对细胞生长和凋亡有双重调节作用,其与神经系统疾病、多种肿瘤及人类巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染有关。ΔNp73在人类多种肿瘤组织中过表达,但在正常组织中不表达,其与肿瘤的关系可能为治疗一些肿瘤提供新的靶点。
