摘要
本文采用美国营养学会(AIN)-76纯化饲料配方略加改良复制维生素A(VA)缺乏大鼠动物模型。结果显示:VA缺乏组如期出现皮毛僵硬、干燥无光,结膜、角膜干燥,角膜软化,穿孔、晶体脱出致失明等一系列VA缺乏的典型表现;同时其体重增长与国外文献一致,提示本模型建立成功。
The model of vitamin A in rat was studied according to American Institute Nutrition-76TM?purified diet. The result showed that there were drying of cornea and conjunctiva,followed cornea perforation and blind in vitamin A deficient In additon, the body weight increments in vitamin A deficient rats was similar to that of other data abroad. These suggested that the model of vitamin A deficient rat was success.
