摘要
在我国体育职业化改革的过程中,职业体育组织依靠协会的法定权威性建立的收入分享机制、人才流动机制及限薪制度促进了俱乐部的产权结构改革。俱乐部的经营自主权逐渐增强,市场竞争力随之加大,俱乐部的人才激励机制相继建立。
In the course of sport professionalism reform, the professional sport organization have setup systems of revenue sharing, personnel mobility and salary caps relying on association's authority, which promote the reform of club' s property right. With increasingly market competition and the club's management power being enhanced, the club have established personnel impelling system.
