摘要
成立20周年的国际体育仲裁院有4个发展阶段国际体育仲裁院的成立和瑞士最高法院的判决;国际体育仲裁规则的修改和国际体育仲裁理事会的成立;国际体育仲裁院常设和机构特别仲裁分院的成立;国际田联和国际足联接受国际体育仲裁院仲裁条款。仲裁员和仲裁数量的不断增加也表明国际体育仲裁院的不断发展。
There are four phases in the development of court of arbitration for sports; the establishment of court of arbitration for sports and award of Swiss federal court ;the amendment of arbitration rules and setup of international court of arbitration for sports ;the beginning and development of court of arbitration for sports permanent and ad hoc decentralized divisions; IAAF and FIFA recognizing court of arbitration for sports jurisdiction. Up to now,it has been shown that court of arbitration for sports is developing progressively.
