摘要
结合当前体育社团发展现状,运用文献资料调研、比较分析、逻辑分析等研究方法,对体育社团处罚纠纷处理机制进行专题研究。认为,体育社团拥有的内部处罚权是维护体育生存和发展必不可少的权力;为防止体育社团“滥用”或“误用”这种权力,法院有必要一定范围的司法审查权。
Through using the method of literature ,comparative analysis and logical analysis ,this paper made special research on processing mechanism of punishment dispute of sports association combining with the development of sports association. The author thought that sports association had internal punishment right. It is absolutely right to protect existing and development. In order to prevent sports association overuse and misuse this right ,it is necessary for people＇s court to held Judicial Censorable Right to certain degree.
