摘要
“:经济要发展,交通要先行”。交通运输业要发展,必须依靠科技进步和劳动者素质的提高,这是湖北省交通现代化建设的关键所在。交通专门人才是决定交通行业发展进程的重要因素。本文分析了湖北省交通行业专门人才开发的现状、开发中存在的问题,提出人才开发的建议。
“Economy will develop, communications must come first.” Communications development is more depended on scientific and technical progress and improvement of the staff, which is the key of communications modernization of Hubei Province. Communications talents are important factors in the procession of communications construction. This paper anayzes the stuiation problem of communication talents development,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of communicatons talents.
