摘要
县域经济是我国地区经济的重要组成部分,关系到“三农”问题的解决和城乡统筹发展。县域经济具有综合性的特点,涉及农业、工业和第三产业。由于城乡二元结构和市管县体制的原因,长期以来县域经济发展较为缓慢。通过对全国百强县发展经验的借鉴和学习,促使我们进一步认识县域经济发展的重要性,通过体制创新,充分发挥县级政府在经济社会发展中的作用,为城乡统筹发展打下基础。
County economy, an important part of regional economy in China, is related to the solution to “San Nong ” （Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers ） problems and urban - rural plan as a whole development. It has integrated characteristics and involves agriculture, industry and service industry. The county economy has developed more slowly for a long time because of the urban - rural dualistic structure and the system of counties under the jurisdiction of a municipality. Learning the development experience of 100 top counties makes us realize the importance of county economy development. Innovation of the system and fully bringing county governments into play in development of economic society will lay foundation for urban- rural plan as a whole.
