摘要
儿童排尿异常往往不能很好处理之,部分原因是临床医生未将其视为医学问题,然而家长们常将儿童排尿问题看作是仅次于学习障碍的一个重要问题,故本文首先讨论了儿童正常的排尿训练进程,然后述及对排尿有问题儿童的保健指导。
Pediatric wetting often is not well managed,in part because many still do not view it as a true medical problem. Yet toileting problems generate concerns by parents that are second in importance only to schooling difficulties. In this article, first we discuss normal toilet trainirig.We follow this with guidelines for the care of the patient with voiding problems.
