摘要
在工件淬火和焊接等工艺中,由于各种原因会造成电源负载端突然短路。为了减小负载短路时产生的浪涌电流对功率管的冲击,采用降栅压慢关断技术,增强功率器件的瞬时过流能力,同时选择合适的Cd和LT的值,可以在一定程度上减小浪涌电流的大小,从而更好地保护功率管和主电路。
The load short-circuit of the induction heating power supply is often taken place in case of workpiece quenching and soldering for many reasons, To reduce the surge current caused by load short-circuit, the grid-vohage reducing and shutoff slowing are adopted to enhance overcurrent ability of the power device. At the same time, choosing appropriate value of Cd and LT can also reduce the surge current to some extent.
