摘要
反激式电源变压器的原边漏感对电路性能及其功率器件影响很大,通过RCD钳位电路可以很好地抑制由于漏感而产生的电压过冲,但钳位电路参数设计往往是通过经验获得,设计方法不是很明确。提出了一种新的钳位电路设计方法,可以较好地吸收漏感能量,同时可避免钳位电路消耗主励磁电感中的能量,不影响电路工作效率,并通过实验加以验证。
The influence of the leakage inductance of transformer on flyback converter and power device is great, which can be suppressed by RCD clamp method. However, the parameters of RCD clamp are usually achieved by the designers' experience. An effective design method is presented and verified by experiment, which can absorb the energy stored in leakage inductance, not consume the energy stored in magnetizing inductance, and not affect the efficiency of the circuit.
