摘要
随着我国加入WTO后,全球化和信息化计算机与网络趋势日渐明显。用信息技术改造传统的基本建设行业,特别适用于施工组织与管理施工单位。目前,同发达国家相比,我国信息化计算机在网络计划技术的理论水平应用方面相差无几,但在应用管理上,计划执行中的监督与控制以及跟踪调整方面比较落后,如何提高信息技术在工程管理中的应用,是迫切需要解决的重要问题。
With acceleration of steps after our country＇s entrance into WTO, the tendency of globalization of computer and intemet is more and more obvious. Technique of infomation is used for transforming the traditional basic construction profession, which is quite fit for the organization and management in the construction unit.At present, compared with the foreign developed countries, we are almost at the same level in the information computer＇s application to the the ory of the technique of internet plan. However, we are far behind in the management of application and control of carrying out plan, and investigation of following up. The most important problem is that how to improve the information technique＇s application to the project management. This article is an analyzing on today＇s condition about the information technique＇s application to construction.
