摘要
高校科研档案管理是科研管理的重要内容。目前高校普遍存在着对科研档案工作的重要性认识不足,科研档案管理缺乏有效的管理制度和制约手段。建议高校在提高科研档案管理人员素质的同时,制定相应的管理制度,运用现代化的管理手段,充分利用科研档案的信息资源,提高科研档案的质量,为高校的科研工作发挥应有的作用。
It is an important content to manage the universities＇ scientific research files. At present, there are shortages of management systems and restrict means of management for lack of fully understanding the importance. The author believes that, besides improving the staff＇s quality, universities should make corresponding management systems and adopt modem management methods, by utilizing the information resources to improve the value of scientific research files, the function of scientific research files could be fully performed.
