摘要
科技基础条件平台建设是增强国家科技竞争力的重要战略举措,整合湖北省现有的科技资源,构建一个开放共享、优化高效的科技基础条件平台对推动湖北科技进步,促进湖北经济和社会的发展具有重要的战略意义。在分析湖北科技基础条件平台建设利弊得失的基础上,提出了促进湖北科技基础条件平台建设的对策和措施。
The construction of the stage of science and technology is a significant strategic act about boosting up the national competitive power of science and technology. Integrating the science and technology resource already in existence and constructing the stage of ,science and technology which is sharing open - mind,optimization ,high efficiency will have significant strategic meaning for the advance of science and technology. They also will contribute to the economic and social development of Hubei Province. Basing on analyzing the pros and cons of construction of the stage of science and technology basal condition, this paper put forward some countemeasures and measures about promoting the construction of the stage of science and technology basal condition of Hubei Province.
