摘要
技术创新是国家持续发展的核心竞争力。在经济全球化下,竞争日益激烈,市场失效、系统失效频频发生。一方面,技术创新提上日程;另一方面,创新又在体制和资源制约下处处受阻。为解决创新力不足的问题,技术创新政策建设成为关键。针对我国当前的创新政策现状,本文浅析并提出了我国技术创新政策平台建设的若干构想和对策建议。
The technological innovation is the core competitiveness of the sustainable development of a country. Under the economic globalization, the competition is fierce day by day, the market and system lose efficiency, which happen again and again. On the one hand, the technological innovation is brought into the schedule; On the other hand, innovation is restricted here and there under the limitation of the system and the resource. In order to solve the problem that innovative strength is insufficient, constructions of innovation policy turn to be vital. To the current situation of our country＇s present innovative policy, this text gives a simplified analysis and put forward several ideas, countermeasures and suggestions on this policy platform construction of technological innovation of our country.
