不饱和Schiff碱在涂层中对船体钢缓蚀性能的研究

摘要 研究了不饱和Schiff碱作为双组分环氧煤沥青涂层缓蚀剂对船体钢的缓蚀性能,研究结果表明,缓蚀剂不仅可使双组分环氧沥青漆涂层的阻抗提高一个数量级,而且还可加强涂层的附着力,含有缓蚀剂A的涂层浸泡60天后,该涂层与金属基体表面仍然有较好的结合性. The inhibitive performance of unsaturated schiff base for hull steel as coating inhibitor has been studied. The results indicate that the addition of inhibitor A can not only increase the impedance of epoxy-coal tar coating with an order of magnitude, but also improve its adhesive force with hull steel which has a good performance after 60 days.
