摘要
通过调查河南省部分高校学生体育活动状况与心理健康状况,发现经常从事体育锻炼的大学生与不经常参加体育锻炼的大学生的心理健康水平存在着显著性差异,体育爱好者的心理健康水平明显优于非体育爱好者.由此可见,体育锻炼是提高大学生心理健康水平的有效途径,在深入研究的基础上,提出了加强高校体育对大学生进行心理健康教育的合理化建议.
Through investigating the partial university student sports condition and the psychological healthy condition in Henan Province, finds that the university students who engaged in physical training frequently have significant differences to the students who not oftenparticipate in physical training, the sports enthusiasts' psychological health level is obviously superior to those are not sports enthusiasts. Therefore, Physical training is an effective way of improving university student's psychological health level, on the basis of further investigation, has proposed the conductive suggestion that strengthening university's sports education for students in the psychological health.
