摘要
43例抽动-秽语综合征随访10～15年,结果表明,①症状具有自限性,多数青春后期明显减轻或缓解,学习、生活及社会适应如常;②具有发病年龄越小症状越重,预后越差的倾向;③内向人格和心理防御水平偏高,是其主要人格心理特征;④绝大多数智力正常,少娄智商偏低;⑤伴有注意力缺陷,活动过度、强迫症、焦虑症等情绪障碍、自伤行为、精神症状及异常脑电图预后较差;⑥重症应给多巴胺能阻断剂,轻症或间歇期应以松弛疗法为主。
43 cases of Tourette's syndrome were followed up for 12 to 15 years,and the results showed:①The symptoms were selflimited and abated or remited greatly for most of cases in anaphase of adolescence,their learning life and social adaptability were normal. ②The younger of patients,the more serious of symptoms and prognosis. ③lntro-versional personality and relatively higher level of psychological defence are the main characteristics of their personality.④Mentality of most of cases were normal. The intelligence quotient for some cases were low. ⑤The cases with distractibility.hyperactivity.emotional disorders, obsessive compulsive neurosis .anxiety disorder. selfinjury behavior, mental confusion and abnormality of EEG had poor prognosis ⑥The severe cases should treat by drugs such as dopaminergic receptor blocking agent,the mild cases or cases in remission stage can treat by main therapy with relaxasion.
