摘要
阐述了教育信息化有利于全民素质的提高,有利于创新人才的培养,有利于促进教育理论的发展。指出了信息化将给高等教育的教育思想、观念、目的、模式、教学内容和方法带来的变革。强调高校教育信息化的开展与普及必须提高对教育信息化重要性的认识,重视教育信息基础设施建设和信息化队伍建设。
This article illustrates the benefit of information-based education on the quality enhancement of whole citizens, the cultivation of creative people, and the improvement of education theories. It points out the changes of information-based education has brought to higher education on such aspects as ideology, concepts, aims, forms, teaching contents and methods, and emphasizes the importance of application in higher information-based education.
