摘要
探讨了城市重大危险源辨识、普查的原则,提出建立普查指标体系的基本思路及方法,分析比较了国内较为流行的几种重大危险源分级技术的优缺点及适用条件。提出了多种分级方法结合的组合式分级方法。对进行城市重大危险源辨识、普查和分级管理工作的开展具有一定的参考价值。
This paper discusses the principle and work flow of identification and general census of major hazards so as to introduce the basic ways and methods on establishing an index system of general census. in transverse and lengthways divections. Based on the identification standard, we integrate the systematic fuzzy theory into the standard in order to make relevant sypervision of hazard installations which their amounts are equal to or less than threshold quantity. Advantages, disadvantages and the applicable conditions of several prevailing classification technology of major hazard installations in homeland were analyzed and compared. We sendied the selecting thinking of the major hazard installations classification, brought formard the practical combinatorial classification technology of urban major hazard installations. The result can thus be taken as the reference to the identification, general census and classification management of the above mentioned hazards.
