摘要
使用XG-Ⅱ型血液循环功能测试仪对221名正常学龄儿童血液动力流变学参数进行检测.表明儿童的总血容量、左心有效泵力、每搏心搏出量、每分心输出量及心搏指数均低于成人组.而总周血管阻力则明显高于成人组.心脏指数略低于成人,但仍在正常范围。全血粘度及微循环半更新时间各年龄组与成人无明显差别。
We detected the hemodynamic and blood rheological parameter of 221 normal sclool-age children, with XG- Ⅱ sanguimotory functional detector. The total blood volume, left cardiac impulse,Cardiac output of one stroke,cardiac output of every minute and heart-stroke index were lower than that of adults. The total vascular resistence was higher than adults. The cardiac index was normal,but less slightly than adults. In every age grups the blood viscosity and half time of renew were no sighniticant difference in compare pupil with adults.
