摘要
针对目前多元质量控制过程中经常出现和容易被忽略的问题,探讨了如何处理数据的一致性,数据缺失,变量之间线性相关的危害、处理方法以及主成分分析的数据标准化问题,旨在为实际生产过程中的质量工程师提供指导和帮助.
The paper presents some problems in multivariate quality control. Based on the problems such as data consistency, missing data, collinearities of variables, the standardization of the data in PCA, the paper puts forward how to detect and deal with the problems. The purpose of the paper is to provide guidelines and references for the quality engineers.
