摘要
本文报告了北京市西城区1991～1993年5岁以下儿童生命监测的结果.新生儿死亡率为7.7‰,婴儿死亡率为10.24‰,5岁以下儿童死亡率为12.13‰;新生儿死亡占婴儿死亡的75.18％,婴儿死亡占5岁以下儿童死亡的84.43％。5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因依次为先心、肺炎、出生窒息、颅内出血.本文同时分析了影响降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的主要疾患,提出了降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的相关措施.
This article reports result of monitoring the life of children under 5 years of age from 1991 to 1993 in West City Distrifct of Beijing. Mortality rate of new born is 7. 7‰ mortality rate of infant is 10. 24‰ under 5 mortality rate is 12. l‰;death of new borm accounts for 75.18% of death in infant,, death of infant accounts for 84. 43% of death of children under 5 years of age. The main reasons for death of children under 5 years of age are attributed in order as:congenital heart disease,pneumonia,neonatal Asphyxia and intracranial hemorrhage. This article analyzes simultaneously the main diseases which can reduce the under 5 mortality rate and puts forward measures relaed to reducing the under 5 rate mortality
