摘要
文章介绍了利用新型泡沫填充绝缘管设计绝缘拉杆及托瓶架,并采用专用卡具使绝缘子串在托瓶架的支撑下成为整体的方法,彻底解决了500kV“V”形绝缘子串无法整串带电更换的难题。文章计算、设计并校核了卡具各部分的应力,均达到了需用范围。
This paper introduced the insuhtion pulling lever and insulator bracket designed by using new foam to fill insulation pipe and ao dopting special fixture, which makes insulator string become whole under supporting of insulator bracket, and solves the problem of replacing 500 kV“V” insulator string with live line work thoroughly. The paper calculated, designed and checked the stress of each part of fixture, which has reached the scope of the needs.
