摘要
新颁布的电力行业标准《火力发电厂热工自动化系统检修运行维护规程》DL/T774-2004和报批中的电力行业标准《火力发电厂模拟量控制系统验收测试规程》采用了新的、统一的“火电厂模拟量控制系统性能测试”标准,文章介绍了标准编制的背景和主要内容。新标准根据不同等级、不同类型机组分别给出了协调控制系统(CCS)的合格指标和优良指标,制定了新建机组各阶段验收测试的主要内容和要求,进一步完善附录中给出的模拟量控制系统(MCS)性能测试指标。最终,建立了火力发电厂MCS基建验收和最终验收的统一测试标准。
The newly issued standard of power industry （Instruction on Repair Operation and Maintenaace of Thermal Power Automation System in Thermal Power Plant）, DL/T 774-2004 and The power industry standard submitted for approval《Acceptance Measnring and Testing instruction of Analogue Quantity control system ha Thermal Power Plant》adopt the new,unified “performance Measuring and Testing standard of Analogue Quantity control system in Thermal Power Plant”. This article briefs the drawing-up background and main contents of standrad.According to the different grades and the different types of generating units,The CCS qualified indexes and fine indexes are given separately,the main contents and requirements of acceptance measurements and tests in each stage of newly-built generating units are drawn up ,and the performance measuring and testing indexes of analogue quantity control system given in the appendix are further perfected.Finally,the unified measuring and testing standards of capital construction acceptance and final acceptance of analogue quantity control system in thermal power plants are established.
