摘要
通过对南京地铁1号线一期工程在“三位一体”格局下进行资源开发工作的分析和总结,提出地铁附属资源开发的类型、方法和地铁经济的概念,重点介绍南京地铁1号线一期工程附属资源开发的模式、成果、经营方式、存在的问题,以及今后的发展思路和方向。
Based on the analysis and summary of the resource exploitation of the first stage construction of Nanjing metro line 1, the type and method of exploitation of subsidiary resource of metro and the conception of metro economic are put forward. The modes, achievements, operation types and the existing problems of the exploitation of subsidiary resource in the first stage construction of Nanjing metro line 1 are emphasized, and the future development ideas and directions are presented.
