血尿酸与儿童原发性高血压相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血尿酸与儿童原发性高血压的关系。方法:经临床初次诊断的原发性高血压儿童60例,45例血压正常儿童作为对照,尿酸酶法测定以上两组人员血尿酸。结果:高血压组患者血尿酸显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血尿酸与收缩压和舒张压直接相关(r=0.8041,P<0.01;r=0.6503,P<0.01)。结论:原发性高血压儿童血尿酸显著增高,血尿酸在高血压发展中可能起致病作用。 Objective:To study the correlation between serum uric acid (UA) and primary hypertension in children, Methods :Serum levels of UA were measured in 63 children with untreated primary hypertension and 40 normotensives. Results : Serum levels of UA increased in hypertensive patients than those in controls(P〈0.01). Serum levels of UA directly correlated with systolic(r=0. 804 1 ,P〈0.01) and diastolic(r=0. 650 3,P〈0.01) pressures in controls and in subjects with primary hypertension. Conclusion:Serum level of UA is directly correlated with blood pressure in untreated children and serum UA might play a pathogenic role in the development of primary hypertension.
