摘要
我国的人工增雨虽然已经搞了几十年,但一直是作为一种抗旱减灾的应急手段,而未能上升到开发水资源的战略层面。我国西北和华北上空的水汽相对并不少,之所以干旱少雨是因为水汽利用率太低,实施人工增雨工程,开发空中水资源,我国北方的生态环境则有望得到改善。
Artificial rainfall has been conducted for tens of years inChina, but it has always been emergency means for droughtfight and disaster mitigation and has not risen to the stra-tegic level for development of water resource. Aqueousvapor in the air above Northwest China and North China isno little. The reason for drought and insufficient rain isbecause the excessively low aqueous vapor utilization.Through precipitation enhancement project and atmo-spheric water resource development, the ecological envi-ronment in North China will be hopefully improved.
