摘要
目的探讨无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤保守治疗与手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自1996年1月至2004年1月收治的无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤患者23例的临床疗效。结果保守治疗脊髓功能恢复程度低,而手术治疗患者脊髓功能恢复程度较高。结论手术治疗效果明显优于保守治疗,无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤如合并一定的病理基础应尽早手术。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of patients with cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation were retrospectively analyzed, Results The myeloid functional recovery was poor in the patients who had been treated with conservative therapy but good in patients who had been treated with operative therapy, Conclusion The operative treatment promises better outcome than the conservative treatment. Patients with cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation who had pathological basis should be operated in time.
