摘要
目的:探讨心理干预和护理对接受准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术患者的影响。方法:针对术前咨询、术前检查、手术过程及术后各阶段不同的心理状态制定不同的心理护理措施,发放不同的心理护理资料。结果:心理干预后,能够完全配合顺利完成手术者为86%;术中需要手术医生辅助和医务人员引导才能完成手术者为14%;完全不配合,不能完成手术者为零。结论:从了解准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术及手术过程的完成,到围手术期的护理,心理护理起着至关重要的作用。
AIM： To investigate the effect of psycholoysial intervention on patients who have undergone laser in-situ keratomilensis （LASIK）. METHODS： In view of the different stages of consulting preoperation, examination, operation and postoperation, we made different psychological nursing projects and handed out different psychological nursing papers. RESULTS： Through the intervention, 86% of all the patients could completely cooperate to finish the surgery; 14% of them needed doctors＇ or nurses＇ assistance to finish surgery; no one could not cooperate to finish the surgery. CONCLUSION： It was important to offer psychological intervention and care for the LASIK patients in surround operation nursing.
